THE 2005 FOLK FESTIVAL OF MUSIC & DANCE - GAYS MILLS WISCONSIN, MAY 6th, 7th, & 8th, FEATURING: HARMONIOUS WAIL, JOEL MABUS, AND SALT CREEK
This year's festivities will start off with a Square Dance at the Gays Mills Community Building on Friday Night, May 6th at 7:00. The FolkFest StringBand will be providing the tunes, and special guest callers, Sue Hulsether and Tim Jenkins will be leading the dances: Circles, Squares, Contras, Reels. All ages and all experience levels welcome.
Saturday's events will take place at the historic and beautiful Log Cabin Village. Parking lot Picking, Maycrown Making, Food & Drink, Kids Games, Square Dancing, Barbershop Quartet, Open Stage, Afternoon Concert, and Workshops. The BigTop Tent will ensure the afternoon's fun, Rain or Shine.

Saturday's affair will continue with a 7:30 evening concert in the BIG TOP TENT at the ballfield next to the Log Cabin Village. Bring a sweatshirt. Featured performers will be Salt Creek, from Milwaukee, Joel Mabus, and HARMONIOUS WAIL, from Madison, Wisconsin.
Master of Ceremonies will be Local Favorite, our own JOHN GIBBS.
A Sunday Morning Gospel Sing, by the banks of the Kickapoo River, will wrap up the weekend's events.
